Britina provided landscape drawings and specifications for this core-and-shell Medical Office Building located just north of the new Stapleton Town Center. Design elements included unique building connections to the surrounding Stapleton area and creative pedestrian spaces. Within LEED-certification requirements, the planting plan emphasizes water conservation while utilizing a sophisticated and rich plant palette.
