CO-LAB APARTMENTS | DENVER,CO

In collaboration with Studio PBA Architecture, Britina provided comprehensive design services from concept through construction details for this signature student housing development in the heart of Downtown Denver. The project’s primary focus was activating amenity courtyards and a rooftop terrace with expansive mountain views. Specialty elements include fireplaces, water features, custom shade structures, hanging chairs, an outdoor kitchen and bar, and a pool/spa area. A creative outdoor lighting approach highlights the unique architectural forms of buildings and landscape alike.
