OLDE WADSWORTH | ARVADA, CO

Britina partnered with JFSATO to redesign Olde Wadsworth Boulevard, the beloved main shopping street in the heart of historic Olde Town Arvada. After hosting a series of community workshops and gathering input from public agencies, our team developed a concept plan, produced construction documents, and acted as the construction administrators for the Arvada Urban Renewal Authority. Improvement elements include the introduction of parallel parking, wider sidewalks, specialty paving, crosswalks, lighting, gateway signage, and site furnishings. This project was awarded the Jefferson County 2006 Design Excellence Honor Award.
