Britina was tasked with providing detailed design and construction documents for three parks in the Sonders community. Located 5 miles north of Old Town Fort Collins, this active-aging new home neighborhood seeks to harness the power of renewable resources and draw energy from life-long learning, fitness, and fun. Britina’s neighborhood parks aim to nourish residents’ connections with the outdoors and each other through extensive community gardens, recreational amenities, and gathering spaces.
